Basic Day-Of Coordination

Prices Starting at $1200

Includes:

  • Up to 12 hours of coordination on day of event

  • Coordination of vendors on day of event

  • Rehearsal Coordination prior to event (if requested in advance)

  • Communication via email immediately upon booking

  • Phone Communication 1 week prior to event

  • Timeline Creation Assistance

Decor Service

Prices Starting at $150 for small parties

Wedding Decor Packages starting at $600

Includes:

  • Choice of décor from our inventory

  • You can choose or we can style a design for you!

  • Setup and placement on the morning of or day before event

  • Removal of décor on the day after event (night of the event if required by venue)

  • 25% discount on Day-Of Coordination when purchased with this package

Full Service Event Planning

Includes:

  • Up to 14 hours of coordination on day of event

  • Immediate communication via email and text

  • Preferred Vendors List and Guidance choosing & booking vendors that are right for your event

  • Assistance choosing vendors and venue

  • Timeline Creation

  • Placing your décor and personal items on day of event

  • Assistance with tear down post event

  • Setting up any rentals from vendors

  • 50% discount on décor package when purchased with this package for access to our full décor inventory

Dahlia Royalty Package

Starting at $8500

Includes:

  • Up to 14 hours of coordination on day of event

  • Up to 8 hours of decorating (If venue is open/available the day before)

  • Rehearsal coordination and rehearsal dinner coordination the day prior to wedding or send-off brunch post-wedding * Both available for +$600

  • Communication via email and text immediately upon booking

  • Access to any of our rentals or décor for the weekend plus setup and placement

  • Preferred Vendors List and Guidance choosing your vendors

  • Vendor Coordination and assistance choosing/booking vendors

  • Full Design of event

  • Basic Centerpieces and Table Runners

About Dahlia Events & Decor

After a decade of living in different parts of the United States planning, coordinating, and bartending destination events of all sizes and types, I decided to finally take roots in gorgeous Northern Michigan. Here I am able to continue my passion of planning and coordinating destination events, as well as create custom and unique décor, while also raising my daughter in a beautiful location!
